Onion Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

   4 Large baking potatos
   1 Packet onion soup mix
   Cooking oil

Instructions: Slice baking potatos into wedges and dip or otherwise coat with cooking oil.
   Empty onion soup mix into a large zip lock bag or a large bowl.
   Add wedges to bag or bowl and coat them with onion soup mix.
   Arrange wedges on a cookie sheet and salt and pepper them to your liking.
   Bake in oven preheated to 375° for 45 minutes to an hour or untill done.



Ham & Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

   2 cups mashed potatoes
   3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
   1 cup diced cooked ham
   1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheese
   1 envelope (1 ounce) dry ranch style salad dressing mix
   1/2 cup whipping cream,whipped

Instructions: In a bowl, combine the potatoes & garlic salt. Spread into a greased 1-1/2qt.baking dish. Sprinkle with ham. Fold cheese into whipped cream; spoon over ham. Bake, uncovered at 450 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4-6 servings
