Pepper
1/2 cup of tomato, diced not chopped

Chop up the bacon or crumble it, however you please, and stick it in a bowl with the eggs and tomato. Put to heaping tablespoons on each bread slice. Put the bread slices together and smooch only the outside rim so it is closed. Put in oven with a preheat set of 350 degrees. Put them in there for 10 minutes or until nice and brown. It would be better to add butter on there to make it quicker but you can do without. ENJOY!
