Common Problems

1. Html shows on your email.......

That is because the html was not started on the first line in the sig box at the top or you have spaces or other text in front of <<>html> in your sig box. To correct this go into your sig box and put your cursor in front of <<>html> and press delete until the < disappears in front of <<>html>. Then just retype in the <<> in front of html> and then it should work.

2. More than one sig shows in your email.......

That is because when you went to paste the sig you hit cmd v more than one time. To correct this, go into the sig box and hit "cmd"+"a" and then delete. This will delete everything in there to start over.

3. Where is my sig box?.........

You signature box is in your email. Just click on mail, then settings and then signature. Now you should see the text box to put your html in for a sig.

4. How do I get the sig out of there now to put another one in?..........

Just go in the sig box and press "cmd"+"a" and then press the delete key and this will delete everything in there to put a new code in. Make sure you then press the done button at the bottom of the page to confirm the deletion.
